During Covid 19 pandemic there was a lot of hardship and people could not go out to work or even shop for groceries because of fear of contacting the virus.
We got funding from Aphek Care Homes in the UK, and other compassionate persons Dr Ben Rerri & Goretti Rerri to purchase food stuff and toiletries. We distributed to over 500 families. We distributed to market women in Garki & Kabusa markets, 2 brothels in Kabusa, Lokogoma junction area and Pengassan 2 estate. We also distributed food items to teenagers, widows and single mothers in Makurdi, Benue state. Images below
